IMS2017 Welcome Reception

IMS2017 kicks off on Monday with the IMS2017 Plenary Session, which will be held in the Hilton Hawaiian Village’s Coral Ballroom from 17:30–19:00. Immediately following is the IMS2017 Welcome Reception on the Hilton Hawaiian Village’s Great Lawn, and is open to all registered attendees and guests. The scenic ocean-side venue offers breathtaking views of the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. Join attendees and exhibitors for networking and luau-style entertainment.

***Transportation Note*** 
Don’t forget that the IMS2017 Plenary Session and Welcome Reception will be located at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort (not at the Hawai‘i Convention Center). Shuttle service for the Plenary and Welcome Reception will only be provided from the Hawai‘i Convention Center to the Hilton Hawaiian Village from 15:30 to 19:00. All shuttle service will end at 19:00 and attendees will be responsible for their own transportation at that time. Also note that the Hawai‘i Convention Center parking garage will be open until 21:00.
