Press Lounge - located in the Hawai‘i Convention Center, Third Level, Room 301AB.

The IMS Press Lounge is reserved for journalists and industry analysts covering the conference. Advance registered media may pick up their badges at IMS2017 Registration located in the Hawai'i Convention Center, Main Lobby. Proceed to a computer to print out your conference badge. Advance registration is recommended, however, press and industry analysts wishing to register on-site may do so at the IMS2017 Registration.

• Media interview areas
• Video corner
• Refreshments: Continental breakfast will be served; snacks and beverages will be available throughout the day.

Media Interview Areas
As a service to IMS press attendees and exhibitors, IMS provides a media interview room adjacent to the press lounge. These are reserved on a first-come first-served basis in 30-minute increments. To reserve a meeting room for a press interview with an exhibitor representative, please contact:
